A New Era Has Spoken

Early Release of KitPVP. 3 Kits to choose from, Archer, Pusher, and Wizard. Each with there own way to win. Unlike your traditional KitPVP, this is all about getting your oppontent to fall to their death. Buffs from the gaming center make health regenration so attempting to damamge your enemy out is unlikely if not possible. Archer of course you choose for accuracy and in hopes to keep a distance to push the oppontent in a risky position. Pusher as the name says, has a great advantage to being able to block, and push. Finally a wizard that has a mixture of relevant tricks at it's disposal.

Alot of the hand holding has been left off this version, hence "Early". Winner detection, Player Counting, Signals and signage are not implemented. Socially you know who wins but in the end you all fall to your death for now! Enjoy the early release of KitPVP!

Voting rewards are in, 196 items available to win. A few changes from how we went, the original 42, well if you got one you are lucky, probably a unique. They were set aside for the new 196. Also since we are keeping it fresh it may be a while or never will we upload what all of them look like. More mystery! It was apparent after 42 rewards that our little 35x35 block command area would not support this massive machine. Simple estimates was 6 x 14 blocks wide plus wiring and an initial randomizer. Thus we built an entire new area with 180x180 blocks to support this, and hopefully other projects in the future. This machine as seen will run 196 random events per server tick. For our purposes it will be for voting rewards. Now the process is to fill the command blocks and we can consider this project complete. Thanks for all your feedback!

We are moving forward with adding in the rewards for this new system and here is peek at what is up for grabs on any given day. 42 rewards for Tuesday.

Although I love handing out daily voting rewards and picking them with you all, it's has come to pass there is more fun in random and varied rewards. We have developed a randomizer for the recent vacation we took and decided with a bit of retooling we could make this a much more interesting experience for everyone. We begin work today on a 196 randomized event voting machine and have completed the first 14 that will be up and we make progress. In the final part we will publish all the rewards possible so you will see what you are voting and playing for. Good Luck!

Also we have created a New User Kit, which includes a book, 12 string, and 5 porkchops. We did this as it seems many new users need a direction and a bit of help. The majority of new players fell into this category, of course our veteran players don't need anything. :D

Over the next few days we will be building spawn anew. The base of it was built on our development server and the rest will be built on the live server.

Why change it the old one?

We wanted to keep it fresh and the old one had games which we want to incorporate into a central gaming area.

As a growing server we would like to see everyone's opportunity to explore end cities and get those Elytras! A deal. Ender crystal procurement is a pain, ghast tears and all. Every weekend we will respawn the ender dragon until all gateways are open. Good luck and kill that dragon!
